Neither of us are particularly handy and we generally did not have a sense as to whether certain renovations could be costly or not costly. Lisa's background knowledge on the subject matter was priceless to us - we were able to discuss possibilities and the costs of such possibilities in advance of making bids and generally were able to go into the buying process as educated as possible. We would definitely use Lisa again (though we're hoping not to sell for a while!)"
