"We worked with Lisa to purchase our first home. Working with her was an absolute pleasure. She was exceptionally patient, diligence and attentive. She provided a steady stream of excellent suggestions for housing visits and generally managed what can be a very stressful process skillfully and with a steady hand. We never felt pressured and always felt that Lisa was truly looking out for our best interests, which, as new home owners, was incredibly valuable to us. Throughout the process, Lisa kept in close contact, sending us many listings, all of which she had clearly reviewed and thought carefully about. Lisa was also very responsive. Thanks to improved technology, we did a fair amount of research on our own - often peppering Lisa with questions at all hours (sorry again!), Lisa handled our inquiries deftly and thoughtfully consider each of our questions.
Lisa's experience with renovations also proved to be very useful. Neither of us are particularly handy and we generally did not have a sense as to whether certain renovations could be costly or not costly. Lisa's background knowledge on the subject matter was priceless to us - we were able to discuss possibilities and the costs of such possibilities in advance of making bids and generally were able to go into the buying process as educated as possible.
We would definitely use Lisa again (though we're hoping not to sell for a while!)"

When my best friend and I began looking for a rental unit in downtown Toronto, we knew it was not going to be an easy process.
